**Position: Intermodal Executive Warehouse**
**Overview**:
The Intermodal Warehouse Executive is responsible for coordinating and planning new warehouse setups, overseeing and optimizing the operations with our warehouses' strategic commercial partners, ensuring that goods are managed efficiently and safely before, during, and after transportation.
This includes inventory coordination, order review and preparation, and resource management coordination with the warehouse.
**Responsibilities and duties**:
- Build and perform forecast and planning for new warehouse setup projects.
- Prepare quotations for each customer's cargo needs.
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of containers and goods.
- Oversee inventory management.
- Optimize loading and unloading processes in the warehouse.
- Implement safety procedures for handling goods and equipment at the warehouse.
- Ensure that all inventory-related documents are complete and up to date.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in new warehouses implementation and current regulations.
- Experience in warehouse management, preferably intermodal.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related software.
**Skills and competences**:
- Office package management, mainly excel domain.
- Intermediate English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Leadership skills and ability to make operational decisions.
- Knowledge of inventory optimization and warehouse processes.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
**Required Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in intermodal warehouse management or similar logistics operations.
- Experience in inventory management and coordinating goods flows.
- Experience setting up new warehouses and their processes
**Location**:
Santa Fe, Mexico City.
