**This role supports the Pelco and Avigilon international sales team in the roll-out of KPIs, tools and programs to support salesforce effectiveness.
Activities include intelligence reporting, sales KPIs, forecasting process, sales activity tracking and reporting, sales marketing actions processing and tracking, lead generation coordination, sales administration,
review and report sales capital expenditures.The position will also provide the sales leadership team with the relevant dashboard to monitor the sales activity and performance.
This role will need to be instrumental in gathering and supporting key performance metrics and developing teamwork in an effort to improve customer satisfaction.
The Sales Support Specialist - LATAM will need to work closely with other departments to provide communication of current processes and value added information.As a Sales Support Specialist- LATAM, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following:- Consolidate and track periodically sales key performance indicators for reporting purposes.
This includes new business, pipeline health, orders, revenues, margin performance, etc- Track and consolidate the weekly,
monthly and Quarterly forecast process, including details on key orders, opportunities status, stock availability, credit issues, and lead times.- Screen and consolidate weekly sales activity; such as weekly visits, mix of End Users/partners, pipeline creation
