Job Description: This role will be a part of the Operations Excellence function and Tech Excellence team and will report to Sr.
Manager - Operations Excellence.
The QA Manager will be responsible for coordinating and collaborating with the product teams on process maturity and technology adoption to ensure standardization, efficiency, collaboration, and continuous improvement across these teams.
The QA Manager will work closely with stakeholders across the EPP organization and lead/manage the QA CoE activities on technology adoption, QA process standardization, industry standard best practices, automation, and performance testing frameworks, consultancy on testing strategy, etc.
Additionally, the QA Manager will be required to manage the QA delivery for certain products like Oracle EBS.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities: QA Process Documentation and POD team enablement, QA Audit Workflow and scoring, Project / Support Quality Auditing, Post Audit reporting and remediation support. Technology Consulting - QA Automation, CI/CD, Web, API, Mobile. QA Technology support & Guidelines on industry best practices, McDonald's applications, Data migration validation, and testing strategy. Performance testing strategy and load test planning consultancy. Jira - Zephyr - Test Management Strategy, Guidelines, and review. QA Tools hands-on experience - Tosca, Neoload, Github, CI/CD pipeline. QA Test Lab Servers and Infrastructure Administration. QA Tools License Management & Tools vendor management. QA Best Practices & Process Standardization. Consultancy on Adoption of QA Dashboard reporting template.
QA Delivery for certain products like MBS, etc. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT QA, with at least 4 years in a QA managerial role.
Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications from ISTQB or equivalent are highly desirable.
