We are currently on the hunt for a standout **IT Recruiter** ready to excel in an international setting.
**WE OFFER**
- Competitive monthly package of $30,000.00 to $33,000.00 MXN (NET).
- Monthly bonus of 2,000 MXN NET.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Phone Screening**: Conduct initial phone screens and provide recommendations to the hiring team.
- **Interview Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and panel teams.
- **Applicant Tracking**: Manage and update information in the applicant tracking systems.
- **Updates to Hiring Managers**: Provide regular updates to all hiring managers as needed.
- **Passive Recruitment**: Conduct passive recruitment through LinkedIn Recruiter regularly.
- **Staff Communication**: Communicate recruitment policies and procedures to all staff.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Advanced English, both verbal and written.
- **Education and Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in Recruitment and/or Human Resources, preferably in IT, Cybersecurity, or Managed Services industry.
- **Degree**: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- **Skills**: Exceptional listening, written, and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills.
**Work Schedule**:
- This is a full-time position, with regular hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.
