What You'll Do We're looking for an enthusiastic candidate, a career-minded professional with a strong background in supply chain planning and execution, to join our team.
As a Customer Fulfillment Specialist, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every order is shipped according to our Service Level Agreements (SLA).
You will learn about our portfolio, gain an overview of the supply chain process, and develop your analytical thinking and reasoning skills.

Responsibilities CSP Parts Management.Ensure every single order ships according to the SLA (PSSD/RPSSD).Drive any Supply or Material Allocation.Interlock with multiple teams on critical orders and open issues.Collaborate with suppliers and logistics.Conduct shortage analysis and reporting.Address special customer requirements.Review daily backlog to preempt potential issues affecting customers.Position Requirements Advanced Excel skills.SAP S4, IPS, BSR knowledge.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong ownership, leadership, and sense of urgency.Embrace challenges and view complex situations as opportunities to learn.Innovative thinking.Proactive and organized.Activities to Learn in CSP Customer Fulfillment Team Learn about T1 portfolio.Overview of the supply chain process.Enhance analytical thinking and reasoning skills.Understand KPIs and BMS.Develop leadership and communication skills.Network with different local and worldwide teams.Prepare executive presentations for worldwide teams.Learn about worldwide projects.Minimum Education Required: Degree or equivalent business experience.Experience: 1-3 years.Additional Locations: Mexico - Nuevo León - Monterrey
