Knowledge and Skills:
- Analyzing customer data to better understand customers
- Leverage the customer data to create segments for targeting and experimentation
- Enrich the customer data with firmographic and intent data
- Evaluate cross-sell, loyalty and retention programs
- Evaluate marketing performance
- SMB business experience and SQL are all nice to have but the core is still "Customer Analytics and someone with experience with analyzing customer data to improve performance"
- Customer retention programs
- Cross-sell programs
- Known user acquisition program
- Customer Data Platform (CDP)
and clean room concept for utilization of data (so ability to centralize all data that can be leveraged across platforms/programs.
- Lead customer loyalty programs (points system, etc)
- Logged in customer analysis (private stores, etc)
- Creating an ideal customer profile with different levers for purchase propensity
- Ability to run Churn reduction programs
- Strong desire to create customer segments to get to the right people with the right message from the most effect channel
