Summary
This role will provide administrative assistance to strategies relating to leadership development, diversity, equity & inclusion, colleague engagement, and other key capabilities for Latin America and the Caribbean.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience**
- Administrative, HR or hospitality experience preferred.
Education
- BA in hospitality, business, communication or related field preferred.
**Computer Skills Needed to Perform this Job**
- Proficiency with Microsoft office required.
- Experience with HR systems (Taleo, Saba, PeopleSoft) a plus
**Additional Comments and Requirements**
- Ability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, complex corporate environment
- Proven customer service skills including problem resolution, maintaining correspondence between clients and our hotel properties
- Ability to work with a remote team.
- Flexibility to work overtime when business needs demand.
- Attention to Detail
- Creative problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
