Inviting applications for the Assistant Manager– Accounts Payable role in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico. We are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing/Accounting/ERP experience/Helpdesk Query Management.
ResponsibilitiesShould possess excellent communication skills.Complete Quality checks as defined and agreed with Client Contracts.Experience in AP on the invoice side or Helpdesk is required.Client Management.Review and validate essentials of valid invoice like supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice #, invoice date etc.Maintain a tracker of the exceptions and ensure Invoices/queries are handled based on the exception tracker.Maintain exception logs for process related exceptions for knowledge retention.Work with Suppliers/Vendors to resolve and handle queries.Prepare and complete SOPs or Process manual as per Client & Process requirements.Follow up with requisitions (via calls/mails or tickets) to solve hold invoices as per the AP guidelines.Adhere to the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities.Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices/queries are handled as per the guidelines.QualificationsMinimum qualifications: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com).Relevant work experience in Accounts Payable transactional activities and Helpdesk.Strong English language skills (verbal and written).Preferred qualifications:
