As part of Talent Sourcing Hub team, Recruiter main missions are to select, engage and help bringing onboard best talent for Faurecia current and future needs
**Description**:
The main missions of the role are to:
Works closely with the sites within his/her scope to understand jobs contexts,
challenges and successful profile criteria and translates it into requirements / competencies to be evaluated during the interview.
When relevant, may assists Talent Acquisition specialists in definition/reinforcement of the sourcing strategy, pre-screening process and sourcing campaigns and events.
**Coordinate selection process**:
Coordinates rigorously recruitment process till final selection is done and ensures transparency and fluidity of process and information between HR site, Hiring Manager, Talent Acquisition specialist.
Positively challenges their counterparts on the profiles and requirements and ensures the diversity principle is respected.
Acts as a coach for interviewing skills for the site counterparts.
Follow up recruiting metrics and proposes improvements positively impacting quality of hire and time to fill.
**Profile**:
Master's Degree in business with a specialization in HR.
Minimum 3 years HR experience, with extensive experience in recruitment acquired either in recruitment agency or in industry,
ideally in a manufacturing or technology industries.
Recruitment acumen for talent, curiosity, and passion.
Digital savvy.
Drive for results, rigor, and process management.
Listening and customer focus.
Fluent English.
