**What you will bring to the team**
**What you will be doing**:
Your typical day as a Toshiba **Sales Solution Architect **will involve:
- Establish and maintain a close working relationship with business partners within the LATAM region and assist them with technical support on the setup and configuration of our solutions.
- Help to build/execute tactical and strategic consultative sales plans with the team for prospective new clients to achieve the revenue targets (quota) as directed by the Business.
- Develop, present, and demonstrate Toshiba solutions with the Sales team in group meetings emphasizing salable features such as company vision, strategy, product/systems architecture, flexibility of design.
Provide process re-engineering opportunities using company assets.
- Responsible for achieving the revenue, profit, and product objectives assigned primarily to specific accounts and in support of Latin America region
- Provide technical support, feedback and consultation to the development organization to help facilitate product defects and resolution.
Participates in the "Voice of Customer Satisfaction" in problem resolution.
- Provide input and consultation into the Product Development Organization with "Voice of Customer" requirements, enhancements, solutioning, etc.
- Maintain constant awareness of markets, competitor activities and problems within the industry, recognize developing trends, and make appropriate strategic and tactical sales/marketing/program recommendations for corrective actions.
- Responds to customers RFP/RFI Requests in a timely and professional manner to facilitate success.
- Maintain up to date and accurate expense plans, sales activity tracking and related databases.
**Naturally To be successful in this role, you must have and know of**
- Has 6-8 years of Business Partner/Distributor Management experience in a similar industry and Bachelor's Degree or equivalent retail experience.
- Possess Solution Architecture expertise related to the retail enterprise, with an emphasis on store-based software solutions including POS, payments solutions, inventory, back office, loyalty, mobile shopping, ecommerce, and other systems that make up the retail enterprise.
- Experience in architecting and implementing these solutions - encompassing support, installation services/ systems Integration, and maintenance.
- Recognized cloud / enterprise / data infrastructure & deployment expertise - including experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, etc.
- Microservices using container technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Mesosphere
- Infrastructure technologies such as Containers, Virtual Machines, Databases, Networking
- DevOps concepts, CI/CD, automated testing
- Ability to whiteboard solutions interactively with clients/ prospects and develop targeted software solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and win the confidence of C-Level executives
- Required languages: Spanish and English
- Desirable:
- College Degree or Work Experience equivalent
- Must possess effective written and verbal communications skills.
- Should be able to demonstrate PC proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint as well as learn any corporate or industry administrative software used by the position.
- Professional proficiency in Spanish.
