**Job Description**:
As a **Technical Writer** at **QAD**, you will plan, write, research and publish new and updated user documentation, including online help, user guides, technical and reference guides, release notes and KE web pages.
**What You'll Do**:
- Create, develop, plan, write, and edit operational, instructional, maintenance or test procedures for paper, multimedia or web-based publication
- Conduct interviews with various users and technical staff to gather data for documentation
- Research and translate technical information into manuals and/or web-based documents for non-technical and technical users.
- Produce documentation that conforms to quality assurance standards
**Qualifications**:
- Preferably (1~3) years work experience
- Preferred skills in Google Workspace (GSuite tools), JIRA-Confluence, XML, Dita, Oxygen Editor, Content Fusion, Markdown
- Strong desire to learn, develop and grow with a global organization.
- Good organization skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
