**_Puebla_****_, _****_Mexico_****_ _****Customer Success Manager (remote position)**The Customer Success Manager will function as an advisor and will be in charge of the subscription(s) term cycle from onboarding, support, establishing QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews).
**General Accountabilities**- Onboarding new Microsoft CSP customers- Establishing QBRs (Quarterly Business Reviews to review customer's licensing, customer's tenant,



and Microsoft best practice recommendations from Microsoft dashboards and scores.- Acting as the voice of the customer and document customers' needs and inquiries and take them to the Microsoft CSP practice to process.- Discover opportunities that help customers save on licensing costs- Discover upsell/cross sell opportunities for more services and subscriptions- Reporting to the lead of customer success manager on numbers of reviews & opportunities- Helping sales, inside sales, and BDMS on licensing/sale support requests- Ensuring world class customer service and promote subscription renewals when necessary.
**Job Qualifications****Education**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience- ITSM foundation training required.
**Technical Skills**:- Customer Service.
This is a client centric role- Willing to learn Microsoft Technologies, specifically Microsoft 365 and Azure (for those who already have this experience with Microsoft technologies is a plus!
)- Willing to take exams if needed, exams are not mandatory- Has skills with word, excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams**Professional Skills**- Fluent English language skills required:
