Zendesk is looking for a Senior HRIS (workday) Analyst to join our HRIS and Analytics team.

**What you'll be doing**
- Lead the exploration, evaluation, recommendation, design, and configuration of system improvements of the various HR system tools and processes.
- Capture,
build and test requirements for multiple modules within Workday HCM including Compensation, Talent, Time Off, Absence Management.
- Perform quality control of mass data uploads to ensure compliance and data integrity.
- Provide functional support for end-users helping troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
- Deliver training and documentation to HR and other end users.
- Own and support special projects from start to finish.
**What you bring to the role**
**Basic Qualifications**:
- 3+ years of experience either within an HR or IT team implementing & supporting Workday HCM.
- Experience in building, configuring, customizing, implementing Workday modules with expertise in at least 2 of the following areas: Talent, Compensation, Time tracking, Absence management, Reporting or Security.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Previous experience supporting users of a Human Capital Management (HCM) system is required.
Having a combining HR processes and system assessments expertise with a broad knowledge of HR functional (Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, etc.).
- Experience in developing test scripts and performing effective test plans and procedures.
- Demonstrable experience building and modifying reports.
- Demonstrable ability to work on projects requiring interpersonal and time-management skills.
- Demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.
