The Alexa International team is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to define and execute the marketing strategy for Alexa in MX and Spanish speaking US.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer engagement, monetization, and retention for Alexa through strategic marketing, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven optimization.Key job responsibilities- Establish deep expertise in Alexa's various use cases and develop impactful marketing strategies to drive high-value customer actions, engagement, monetization, and retention.- Manage complex tradeoffs across multiple strategic marketing initiatives and establish streamlined, efficient processes for campaign delivery.- Collaborate closely with the product team to create and execute exceptional customer journeys for Alexa use cases.- Proactively identify and resolve any issues that could undermine the overall strategy and impede achievement of customer adoption and financial goals.- Work in partnership with business intelligence, engineering, and merchandising teams to design and execute test-and-learn plans that drive engagement, prevent customer churn,
and support critical business initiatives in a scalable manner.- Define new campaign proposals and conduct effectiveness studies to identify actions for continuous improvement.- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis- Master's degree in marketing, advertising, business or equivalent
