Role Requirements:
As a Senior Basis Consultant,
you will analyze customer's business requirements or technical problem statements and act as a technical advisor and problem solver to clients and our internal stakeholders.
This includes different technical tasks (advisory and hands:
on execution based on tickets) out of the following areas:
You will also focus on designing and conducting knowledge transfer to the global Operations community and create technical documentation, incl.
technical operational concepts, process flows and guidelines.

Good background in software architecture and cloud technology

Importante empresa in ITIL and IT Service Management processes:
Fluent both in English and Spanish
