An international developer and manufacturer of fuel monitoring systems and high accuracy fuel level sensors invite you to join our team a Technical Support Engineer Jr. in Mexico**.
**Required Skills**:
- University degree in Electronic or Mechatronic Engineering
- 1.5 year experience in a technical support/help desk environment
- Very good command of English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to learn quickly and teach others
- Motivated by solving problems and helping others
- Competent in Windows systems, MS Office tools and other systems will be an advantage
- Experience in M2M telematics would be a competitive advantage
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage customer expectations of response time and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot and reproduce problems and define workarounds
- Work with the engineering team on the more complex issues
- Reports and direct subordination to the Regional Manager in Mexico.
**Basic conditions**:
- Full training
- Office located in Mexico City (Coyoacan area) Preferably who lives in the area.
- Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9.00 AM - 18.00 PM (officially), exceptionally on weekends
- Willing to travel frequently for working purposes

Sueldo: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 al mes
