Looking for an Experienced Supervisor of Campaign's in call center's
**Responsibilities**: - Communicate organizational needs, oversee employees' performance, provide guidance and support, identify development needs, and manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful.
- Hire and onboard new employees
- Answer questions from staff and provide guidance and feedback
- Anticipate escalation and take over calls when needed
- Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
- Improves quality of results by recommending changes
- Ensure adherence to policies for attendance, established procedures etc.
- Keep management informed on issues and problems
Schedule Monday to Friday
- Hours 7am a 5pm
- Benefits by law
- No background week
**Previous experience**: Supervisor de operaciones/Manager en Call Center.
English is a must, written and spoken
**Electronic programs that are required to be managed**:
- MS Office
- GSuite
- Dialers
- CRM
**This position is available to work on-site in Tijuana, close to Costco in Zona Rio**
