At Factorial, we are looking for a Sales Operations Manager (people manager) to join our growing Revenue Operations org!
This role is crucial to help us optimize our sales productivity and drive performance across the commercial organization.The Role:Develop and implement efficient SDR & Sales processes that drive productivity and improve performanceManage and develop a team of Sales Ops Generalists and ensure that they are focused on what matters most all while being engaged,
challenged and satisfied with their work experienceEfficiently manage the Sales Compensation process as well as staying up to date with state of the art compensation plans in order to maximize SDR & Sales motivation and target achievementConstant communication with SDR and Sales teams to understand their biggest needs and build OKRs around their resolutionCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.Your Profile:You have at least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations or a related fieldYou have at least 2 years of people management experienceYou are highly analytical and possess strong problem-solving skills.You have experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).You are an excellent communicator who can work effectively with various stakeholders and easily explain the impact of your workYou are proactive and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Perks of being part of our team:High growth, multicultural, and friendly environmentPrivate health insurance with AlanHealthy life with Gympass (gyms, pools,
