**Requirements**:
- Economic/Administrative with 3 years of experience in Marketing,
- Financial Analysis and buniess Planning,
- negotiation with vendors, dealers and agencies.
- Advanced Excel, Power Point, SAP,
- Business Management/Planning, 4P/3C Analysis,
- Language: English 80%,
Responsabilities:
- Seihan Process: Monthly Sell In, Sell out and Net sales forecast by dealer by model,
maintaining their standard WOI (inventory weeks).
Establish and control purchases and inventory of dealers (WOI) according to our sales trend to final consumer.
- Plan/control product purchases by ensuring the supply and standard inventory levels D/S (inventory days) to ensure product supply to dealers.
- Analyze IFC reports (obsolete inventory over 12 weeks) propose solutions to reduce these inventory levels.
- Develop and Implement Monthly Commercial Investment.
- Control of AD&Pro; Budget by monthly/quarterly/yearly.
- Creation and implementation of demo guideline, display and POP.
- Price implementation in system, shopfront and dealer´s web site.
- Ensure ranging target in Dealers.
- Update Monthly Hedging Report (confirmation of purchases in amount) for finances team.
- Review product allocation based on the forecast planned at the beginning of the month, ensuring availability of product in our warehouse to meet the supply to each dealer.
- Registration of new products in SAP and OMS system.
- Preparation of files for weekly transmission of purchase orders to factories.
- Generate weekly transmission of purchase orders to factories.
- Preparation and upload file of sales plans to KERS (reporting platform to Sony Latin America and Tokyo).
- Daily preparation of report to estimate sales during the month.
