The Founder recognized an unmet need for remote Spanish-speaking employees in the U.S and the underutilized parallelism between Mexico and the U.S. Leveraging the understanding of the U.S, standard time zones, and similarity in work ethic, Tele-Help delivers the people and skills U.S companies require.
**The Role**:
Call Center Agent
**Responsibilities**:
- Sign in to practice software via log-in and set up appointments.
- Answer a high volume of calls.
- Answering after-hours calls and on weekends.
**Required Skills**:
- Speaking and writing in English
- Call Center experience preferred
- Microsoft experience
**Requirements**:
Advanced English.
Computer with webcam, mic, and strong wifi
MXN 11,000.00 - 13,000.00 per month
Pay: $13,000.00 per month
