**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Accounts Payable Payment Analyst are responsible for providing professional support for purchase order processing and carrying out tactical sourcing type activities.
Knowledge of the category and category suppliers is very important as negotiating with the supplier is on going in this specialty.
Involved in this specialty is receiving the request from Kyndryl clients, and negotiating with suppliers while following Kyndryl Procurement policies to complete the purchase.
Main responsibilities:
- Process payment runs in Accounts Payable System
- Process payments through Treasury and e-Bank interfaces
- Understand country specific requirements in the payment process and follow provided procedures and Internal Audit & Business Controls guidelines
- Manage Debit balance cases, driving those to closure.
Cooperate with vendors and internal stakeholders
- Providing high quality and accurate work
- Actively sharing acquired knowledge
- Providing input, up-to date status of completed and closed items to own team and management
- Recommending process changes and contribute to the whole lifecycle of improvement projects
- Maintaining good working relationships with all parties
- Aid management in ad hoc projects, driving initiatives
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- English language proficiency
- Confident Microsoft Office skills
- Presentation skills; Analytical skills
