**Supply Chain Finance Assoc Manager**
**Responsibilities**
**Which is the main objective of this role?
**
Lead,
coordinate and execute all operational expenses regarding MOVE and financial forecasting and analysis for PepsiCo Mexican Foods (PMF) Frito Lay business, to drive sustainable and profitable growth.
Support the business to reach the Annual Operating Plan target throughout financial leadership.
Responsible for monthly and annual reporting and analysis of all MOVE variables (Freights, Warehouse Ops and Warehouse Sell) including month-end-close, monthly forecast and annual plan (AOP).
Be the key business partner of operations and all functions/areas involved in MOVE, guide and partener with them, to drive efficiencies and improve financial visibility and discipline.
Lead MOVE in key projects like: Value Chain Transformation, Capital spending, Future projects, Productivity, Ad-hoc analysis, etc.
Guide and support GBS MOVE analyst in order to deliver results.
**What will you be doing?
**
- Ensure MOVE PMF deliver its Annual Operating Plan, anticipate deviation to the plan and communicate risks and opportunities in forecast
- Support all MOVE budgets monthly forecast construction.
Ensuring forecast includes all relevant and the latest business changes.
- Led and improve, MOVE management process.
Support budget owners in order to improve visibility, control, discipline and accuracy
- Partner with operations team, purchase and controlling to identify MOVE reduction opportunities.
Support and evaluate MOVE productivity delivery in forecast and actuals.
- Led, support and supervise all MOVE financial variables (Freights, Warehouse Ops, Warehouse Sell) monthly forecast construction from GBS.
Ensuring forecast includes all relevant and the latest business changes.
- Partner with operations, supply chain and controlling to accelerate cost reduction delivery.
Focus on supervise correct actuals reconciliation, monthly forecast, network changes, innovations and ensuring productivity flows and is properly capture in the MOVE.
- Supervise month end closing processes of MOVE accounts to check and understand deviation to forecast.
Be able to explain key business drives and deviations to fcst
- Provide financial support to new opex projects and initiatives.
Oversight financials of key MOVE projects (example: VCT, Capital, etc.)
to ensure they meet plan and objectives
- Lead MOVE monthly meetings, to improve budget control culture and provide Management visibility of MOVE risk and opportunities
**Qualifications**
**Who are we looking for?
**
- 5+ years of experience in Finance,
FP&A; in a CPG company (required)
- Expertise in finance and accounting
- Strong understanding of CPGs business model (distribution, manufacturing, marketing and sales)
- Strong Microsoft Excel capability is indispensable
- Knowledge regarding massive consumer goods or food industry
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills to influence in a matrix organization design
