Title: Sr HRIS Analyst (Payroll, Time, Absence)
Reports To: VP HR Systems and Operations
Key Relationships: Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, IT, Legal, Audit
Location: ESAB Shared Service Center - Monterrey, Mexico
Description
ESAB is seeking a Sr HRIS Analyst to own and manage the Workday modules for Payroll, Time & Absence.
This role is responsible for analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
Configures Workday system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business requirements.
What You Will Do
- The Workday Payroll Analyst will perform configuration and troubleshooting of the Payroll and Time Tracking modules in Workday to support the payroll team
- As a system administrator for Workday payroll,
this position will be responsible for maintenance and optimization of the payroll system, with understanding of business requirements and contributing to best practices
- Assist with maintaining and enhancing Workday Payroll co
