**Responsibilities**:
- Suppor contact center operations.
- Train, mentor, and develop agents.
- Assist with escalated calls and Mentor line.
- Disseminate critical information amongst the teams.
- Occasionally manage weekend staff.
- Other functions as delegated by the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience as a Team Leader (2 years).
- Customer Service experience (2 years).
- Proficiency in Microsoft office.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Problem resolution skills.
- Advanced/native English.
**Salary**: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
