The Customs Compliance Supervisor is responsible for responsible for Supervising, Updating, Administering and Auditing the company's legal compliance program in terms of Customs, Foreign Trade and Free Trade Agreements all related to the company's Maquila operations, as well as coordinating with any government agency and private entities the necessary procedures and permits for the introduction and exit of goods into and out of the country.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

- To control and administer the IMMEX Program in the Industrial and Services modality.
- To control, Manage, Renew and Ensure the Maintenance of the PROSEC program.
- To control, Manage, Renew and Ensure Maintenance of VAT/IEPS Certification
- To control, Manage,
Renew and Ensure Maintenance of the 'Review at Source' Certification
- To control, Manage, Renew and Ensure the Maintenance of the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) Certification.
- To control, Manage, Renew and Ensure the Maintenance of the Mexican Official Standards (NOMs) NOM-001 and NOM-024.
- To control and maintain compliance with the inventory control system Annex 24
- To control and administer Credit accounts and guarantees (Anexo 30)
- Coordinate and supervise audits aimed at complying with the legal regulations applicable to this document.
- manage, assure, and update annual analysis of USMCA (T-MEC) of finished products
- Elaborate, and deliver annual external commerce report in front of Economy secretary
- Obtain and renew any kind of permission from government agencies like SAT, SECOM.
- Obtain and renew any kind of permission from non-government institutions like NYCE, ANCE, public notary, and any other institution according to company
- Plan, execute and supervise projects to assure legal compliance on external commerce
- To perform legal compliance audits
- Support, execute and monitor performance metrics to assure legal compliance
- To create, maintain and update procedures, work instructions required to comply with legal requirements on foreign trade
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to comply with maquila operations
- To elaborate purchase orders required for optimal department operations
- Have an active participation in the Integrated Management System (IMS) audits.

**Formal Education & Certification**
- BS in Foreign trade, international business.

Customs Law, General Rules of Foreign Trade

2-3 years similar jobs experience
Experience in use of Annex 24 and Annex 30.
Desirable experience in U.S. Customs compliance.
Experience dealing with government agencies like Economy secretary, SAT, SHCP
