**ºº QA Analyst ºº**

The IT QA Analyst will ensure quality and inform risk on our BSS and OSS systems, and other important projects.
Will define the test strategy for a given project(s), communicate that strategy to the project team, define reusable test scenarios, monitor and report on the resolution of defects, and ensure a quality product delivered.
Must possess the initiative and judgment to drive the QA portion of the project through System and Integration testing.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Responsible of creating and maintaining end to end test cases and test plans for projects related to our BSS and OSS systems.
- Experience in testing CRMs, CPQ engines, ERP, Java.




- Experience with automated testing tools and knowledge of components and steps for its implementation.
- Experience working with Agile Scrum methodologies.
- Report incidents and defects promptly.
- Work closely with the agile team (Architects, Business Analysts, developers, product owners) throughout the product life cycle
- Stabilize testing environments to ensure highly productive round-clock testing
- Lead multiple work streams of quality assurance originating from development, business requirements, and strategy
- Involved in deeper level individual testing efforts and quality assessment of high priority features
- Ability to work and organize across multiple projects in a fast paced development environment
- Research QA best practices and technology.
- Review Test Strategy and Test Plans for all projects in the work program.
- Provide progress status/reports to management on the use and adoption of test automation.
- English and Spanish is preferable.
- Experience working in testing Salesforce, Oracle is a plus.
**Qualifications.
**
- BA or BS degree in Computer Science,



Information Systems, or related field preferred
- 3+ years functional testing experience
- 2+ years of experience on Automation tools like Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber.
- Experience in Telecommunications OSS/BSS is a plus
- Quality Assurance of user experience design and implementation of CRM, CPQ solutions, Order Management, Billing and auto provisioning.
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Good understanding of Agile Methodologies
- Experience designing and executing comprehensive and effective test strategies and test plans
- Experience in working within an automation framework and/or an automation tool, like Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber
- Experience designing and executing performance, load and, stress tests
- Knowledge in software development language like JavaScript, Ruby, Python, PHP




- Knowledge on test data management
- Knowledge on TDD and BDD strategies.
- Experience working with DevOps
- Knowledge on Postman
- Knowledge on PL/SQL (Oracle)
- Knowledge on GitHub
- **Proficient English Language level**

Full time Job 40 hours a week.
Availability will be 9am - 6pm Central Time
