**Sales Operations Specialist**:

This position provides support to the Sales organization on general sales-related matters, business policy, and procedural issues.
May assist in the development of new tools used by the sales organization.
**About the Role**

In this opportunity as a **Sales Operations Specialist,** you will:

- Act as a sales advisor within the Deal Desk team.
- Assist the sales team with structuring complex agreements (Deal structuring).
- Evaluate the necessary approvals for proposals to clients and gather these approvals.




- Finalize proposals and contracts based on approved terms.
- Serve as the point of contact for approvals within the company.
- Support the sales team in client meetings and negotiations.
- Facilitate intermediate negotiation with legal and the client.
- Manage contract signing.
**About You**

You're a fit for the role if your background includes:

- Bachelor's degree.
- At least between 3 to 5 years of experience doing similar activities.
- Organization and sense of priority.
- Strong communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Word and Excel.
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Salesforce proficiency.
- Ease of use with internal systems/ERP.
