Customer Services is an integral part of Adenza's growth and success.
This division's mission is to continuously enhance the Adenza Customer experience in how they consume the Adenza software and services, using a strategic customer-centric approach focused on driving customer adoption and retention.

Team and Role Overview
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for every aspect of the project process and success.
The main responsibilities include the constant management of the project scope,
working with the team and the client to get the signoff customer requirements and team deliveries, managing closely delivery deadlines, and having active and effective communication with key customer stakeholders and internal management.
The Senior Consultant will have to properly manage internal and external project resources as well as the project budget and forecast.
**Responsibilities**:
Daily management and leadership of the project and the project team.
Provide effective leadership and management controls
Establish appropriate delivery methodologies and manage the effective transition between project phases
Cascade vision and translation into delivery goals for the team
Identify and establish appropriate project controls
Manage performance and report progress to backers.
Influence key decision-makers both internally and externally
Work together with the project team to establish and manage client expectations around project timelines
The project manager will be responsible for managing and communicating issues to the client and internal project teams
The Project Manager will be the first escalation level for project delivery issues and will report the progress of the implementation to our internal Project Steering Committee
Work directly with customers to review business / functional/technical requirements to ensure high-quality delivery of any configuration and/or custom code
Skills And Requirements
Experience acquired in Fintec (B2B) or financial services projects and resource management in the capital market
Experience working in systems or business analysis and systems design within these areas
Experience in implementing and supporting a front or back-office system within a bank, hedge fund, or asset manager
A solid, demonstrable record of customer service.
The project manager will need to understand the client's needs and build effective relationships
Willingness and ability to travel as our deployments take place at our clients' sites.
(25-50%)
Project management certification, which includes PMP and Agile, is preferred and considered a differentiator
