**Primary Responsibilities**- Manage billings for accounts on weekly, biweekly,
or monthly basis using SalesForce- Ensure billing instructions are up to date with the billing process- Maintain collection notes on assigned accounts- Other Ad Hoc requests as required**Qualifications**- BA/BS degree in Finance / Business / Accounting preferred- SalesForce experience preferred- Advanced Excel skills and report writing skills- Ability to work as a team or independently as situation requires- Must have strong project management skills and the ability to deliver assignments under tight deadlines with a calm manner- Strong communication skills, written/verbal, and the ability to interact with employees at all levels, including senior management- Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines- Must be results driven, flexible and able to pivot quickly in the face of shifting priorities and demands- Must be self-motivated, positive and proactive individual capable of working as a member of a team in a fast-paced entertainment environment.Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- 11320, Ciudad de México, CDMX:
