**Position Overview**:Eaton Corporation's Vehicle Group North America (VGNA) is seeking a Director of Operations.
This position can be based in our facility in Reynosa San Luis Potosí or Aguascalientes, Mexico.Reporting to the VP Operations North America for VGNA, this role will be responsible for leading and driving the Manufacturing Operations function as well as the Continuous Improvement activities in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Productivity, and cost of non-conformance (CONC) for several sites in the North America Region (including sites in Mexico).The Director of Operations will be charged with engaging cross functional resources to lead a collective effort to drive improvement across the sites in the North American Region.
This role will ensure that execution and adherence occur in sites for disciplined processes and procedures across regional sites within VGNA.
There will be a heavy emphasis on attaining goals with consistent performance while equally utilizing Continuous Improvement/LEAN Tools.
This role requires significant cross functional collaboration with Sales Inventory, Operations and Planning (SIOP), Materials Management, Quality, Finance, and Operational Excellence teams
