**What You'll Do**As a**Sales Specialist for the Hand Tools and Power Tools Accessories,** you'll be part of our**Sales team** located in**Mexico.




**You'll get to:- Develop sales strategies and establish targets and goals according to internal Operation Plan- Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met- Stay current on company offering and industry trends- Build last-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external customers to create a better customer experience- Handling of complaints and negotiations- Effective visits- Account Penetration- Product mix / Sub-categories Focus- Sales of HTAS (HTS and PTA).- KPIs defined by local team**Requirements**:- Experience in account management, consultative and field sales.
Preference in tool industry (Nice Plus).- Multilevel account management- TTM: Time and Territory Management.- Management of reporting, Excel and Microsoft Office- Excellent Presentation Skills- High energy, enterprising, and "self starter" to support rapid growth of the HTAS business (HTS Hand Tools + PTA Power Tools Accessories)**Who You Are**You always strive to do a good job...But wouldn't it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good?
