Manager, Fulfilment, Logistics and Terminals, Americas.What you will do:Security:- Develop, implement and monitor security policies and instructions via auditing approach.- Provide security guidance for projects, ensuring best practice is adopted in line with current threat and risk assessment processes.- Supervise budgets for security operations and monitor expenses, review reports on incidents and breaches, investigate and resolve issues and incidents.- Create periodical security reports and maintain other documentation as necessary.- Support implementation of new security technology, create and manage emergency procedures and processes.- Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies and alarms,
monitor and coordinate CTPAT security requirements and prevent unplanned changes.Trade Compliance:- Coordinate, implement & maintain compliance with CTPAT, PIP, CARM.- Implement and maintain trade policies and procedures, including training program and standard operating procedures.- Lead customs & trade compliance with detailed controls and processes in accordance to legal corporate policies and US / MX / CAN regulations.- Address all US Customs & Border Protection (USCBP) inquiries, including, but not limited to: statistical inquiries, fines & penalties, prior disclosures, classification inquiries.- Be regional designee on all international trade questions / concerns, liaise with Global Trade Compliance team.- Build & maintain regional control framework for trade policies around: customs entry processing, third party management,
recordkeeping, regional rules of origin determination, customs bond process.- Establish effective regional network resources, business relationships and contacts to ensure compliance with customs laws/regulations
