**Customer Support Representative**- **Remote Role**- **Requirements**:- **Great communication skills, written and orally.
**- **Demonstrate strong abilities to work independently and as a remote team player.
**- **Must be adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes.
**- **Must be willing to complete assessments that include a typing test of 25+ wpm.
**- **Must be at least 18 years of age.
**- **Must have at least a High school diploma or GED.
**- **Must be willing to participate in a background screening.
**- **Must have Mexican national documentation**- **Remote role but must be willing to be onsite for first 3 weeks as part of training program - transportation shuttles will be provided from strategic parts of the city**- **Location: Blvd.
