**Role Description**The account manager assistant is responsible for assisting the account manager in the success and retention of each Stryde client.They work to ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget.
They identify blockers and work with the account manager to communicate those to the client.They are also responsible for an initial review of the analytics of an account, reviewing key performance indicators and helping the account manager keep track of the goals and initiatives for each client.It is vital that the account manager assistant is excellent at follow up in addition to being an excellent communicator.
**Responsibilities**- Task Management- Task Reviews- Updates From Team Members- Analytics Reviews- Internal & External Report Creation**Skills**- Excellent written & verbal communication- Proven track record of excellent customer service experience- Knowledge of & experience with project management software- Being personable - able to build relationships with internal team members- Persistent with follow-ups- Highly Organized - keeping all work straight and keeping client work organized is helpful for the rest of the team.- Not afraid to ask questions to learn from team members.- Strong presentation skills- Able to manage the workload independently**Experience**- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting account managers with data collection, account setup, task management, task follow up, etc.- Minimum of 2 years working on client accounts.- Experience working in project management software- High-level understanding of Google Analytics- Minimum of 2 years experience working remotely.
**Salary**: $21,768.00 - $23,442.00 per month**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: Remote
