**Description**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent for both niche and high-volume roles,
ensuring alignment with Lilly's business objectives and growth initiatives.
- Mentor the Talent Sourcers fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in sourcing practices.
- Actively promote and implement sourcing strategies that support Lilly's commitment to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Track sourcing performance metrics to continuously optimize sourcing strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement in talent acquisition outcomes.
**Basic Requirements**
- Fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent sourcing.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic talent-sourcing projects in global markets, or within Manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and people development skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and guide teams.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving performance and meeting business goals.
