As a Senior Associate at Infomineo, you'll be responsible for supporting clients with their research needs across different regions and industries.
You will be joining one of our teams and working from the office you've applied to. This is a client facing role in which you will work closely with clients to answer their business questions through delivery of outstanding quality research based on credible sources and solid research methodologies. The subjects you will be working on will be rarely the same. You will be challenged in this role, but also supported, by your managers, Professional Development Coach and peers, to grow and acquire the skills you need to reach your professional potential.
What you will do Do a proper scoping for complex research assignments & create a detailed business analysisOutline problems & recommend ideas on approaches, methodologies as per the business needConduct in-depth desk research using a variety of publicly available sources & databasesMaster data gathering approaches by geography & industryIntegrate among different research approaches and methodologiesGenerate insights from the collected data & independently articulate executive summariesUse data to communicate a rational and insightful "story" to clients to answer their business questionsOptimize the design of research instruments and materials (discussion guide, surveys, etc.)Manage multiple assignments and competing priorities while respecting deadlinesMaintain high service standards and problem-solve effectivelyInfluence various stakeholders and work closely to determine acceptable solutions to problemsKeep an autonomous structure in work approaches & ensure best practices in research analysisTrain, develop and mentor junior colleaguesBe able to cascade their knowledge of a special field (database knowledge, data modelling, market Research,) and develop an expertise - whenever applicableShare detailed feedback for the evaluation cycles and identify team development needs with managersContribute to Infomineo internal development projectsWho you are Background & linguistic skills: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, finance, engineering, or any relevant fieldMaster's degree/ professional diploma in similar field will be an add on4+ years of experience in a research related field (consulting, data analysis, data processing, data analytics or market research)Excellent verbal & written communication skills in EnglishFluency in another language is desirable (French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic)Competencies:
