We're looking for an Associate Training Specialist to deliver product training to Hootsuite's Enterprise customers in a large group, web-based format.
This is an exciting opportunity to help us grow and scale our group training initiatives.
As a member of our Professional Services team, you will be a product expert and customer advocate, delivering value to customers by enabling them on our product through the implementation phase, ensuring they are confident in using Hootsuite's tools.
NOTE: This is not a Learning & Development position.
This role supports customer-facing training.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Deliver live web-based, standardized training sessions in a group format (i.e.
multiple customers/multiple organizations attend the same session) across our Hootsuite product portfolio
- Ensure that the content presented is understood and respond to questions as required throughout the group training session
- Support the development and maintenance of training materials designed for a web-based group training format, including agendas, presentations, and takeaway materials
- Maintain the live group training calendar across multiple products
- Provide support for Customer Success and Professional Services teams regarding training, logistics, and updates to the training component of the project plan
- Perform other related duties as assigned
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED**:
- Relevant experience delivering training, preferably in the technology (SaaS) industry, or other relevant experience
- Clear and organized presentation techniques, both in person and via web; proven ability to train or teach others, particularly a technology solution

Ability to quickly learn new technologies and explain software features and social media concepts to customers in a simple, succinct manner
