As we grow, we are seeking a dynamic, bilingual Director of Recruitment to lead our efforts in identifying and nurturing top talent, ensuring they align with our clients" needs and our company"s values.

Role Overview The Director of Recruitment will be a cornerstone of Cadencia's success.
This person will lead recruitment strategies, optimize talent pipelines, and foster exceptional candidate experiences.
The Director of Recruitment will oversee the recruitment operation and work directly with clients and the company president to ensure a perfect fit for every placement.
The Director of Recruitment could be responsible for 10 or more placements a month, depending on client demand.
A successful candidate will be able to strategize on how to complete placements on time and within client budget.
The Director of Recruitment will take Cadencia's recruitment effort from good to great, mixing an ability to execute with demonstrable skill for strategy.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy: Within the first two months in position, in partnership with company president, develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with Cadencia's growth goals.
Monitor and report on market trends to stay competitive in attracting top talent.
Suggest and implement changes to compensation packages, compensation bands, pricing, and more to attract and retain top talent.
Recruitment Operations: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Review current recruitment process and revamp to meet evolving needs in U.S. and Canadian markets.
Implement innovative sourcing methods to attract diverse talent pools, including headhunting, in-person events, networking opportunities, and more.
Create an accessible pool of qualified candidates that Cadencia can contact for various open positions.
Track KPIs to measure recruitment success and continuously improve processes.
Develop systems to evaluate candidate capacity to perform in technical positions such as accounting and engineering; language ability; proactivity and initiative.
Administer assessments, screen candidates (phone screens and first round interviews), negotiate salary and benefits packages,
and suggest candidates for each client with a clear connection back to client profiles and job descriptions.
Determine if assessments are appropriate for each role and make suggestions for improvements.
Build and maintain an internal referral process.
Ensure compliance with Mexican laws and regulations.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with U.S. and Canadian clients to understand their hiring needs, through intake calls and materials.
Develop and present professional and clean hiring profiles for clients so they feel heard and understood about their needs.
Provide expert guidance to match candidates with the right roles.
Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear weekly communication and delivering exceptional results.
Ensuring Best-in-Class Team Member Recruitment and Onboarding:
Develop and implement a new onboarding system to ensure team members are fully ready for their roles on Day One.
This includes physical equipment, cybersecurity training, company expectations, and more.
Preparing and submitting appropriate paperwork to government entities.
When it is not a busy recruitment season, create training program materials that capture company values and expectations.
Suggest changes to company leadership for ways to improve.
Employee Engagement: Promote Cadencia's employer brand to attract and retain top-tier candidates.
Create a culture of excellence within the recruitment team, emphasizing collaboration and innovation.
Other duties as assigned: We just acquired our first ATS.
We would love your help setting this up in an effective way.
Produce regular reports on progress.

This is a leadership role at Cadencia.

Qualifications A minimum of 6 years of proven, progressive experience in recruitment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, recruitment, business administration, or a related field.
A people person at your core.
You derive energy from being around other people.
Deep understanding of talent acquisition strategies,
particularly for hybrid and in-person placements.
Strong understanding of U.S. recruitment practices.
Strong, proactive communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail–you catch errors the first time.
Strong sense of accountability and ownership.
You can admit when you make mistakes!
Understanding of and commitment to brand and reputation management.
Proactivity and a desire to win.
Desire to work as part of a team for a common goal, supporting co-workers while also holding them accountable to high standards.
Ability to build relationships with clients and candidates across diverse industries.
Near fluency in English and Spanish.
All communication with upper management, clients, and interviews will be conducted in English.
Familiarity with recruitment technology and best practices.
Must be willing to be in office 4 days per week as a company leader.
Preferred Qualifications At least 2 years' experience in a leadership role.
Experience and/or knowledge of other HR functions.
Experience with an ATS and project management tools such as Asana.
The pay range for this role is: 45,000 - 65,000 MXN per month(Guadalajara, Mexico) PI259759059
