HRPV is seeking a **fully bilingual**/fluent English Phone Agent to join our team.
We're looking for an empathetic, cheerful, outgoing person, who loves to talk and is great with computers.
A problem solving and skilled agent with the multitasking ability.

**Qualifications**:
- Fully Bilingual - Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English B2 - C1
- **In Office position - Live in Guadalajara.
**:
- 6 months or more similar positions (airport, call center, telemarketing, etc.)
- High School Diploma.
- Unfinished degrees are welcome too!
- Basic Computer Skills - Proficiency in MS Office.
**Activities**:
- Administrative tasks
- Legal Documentation Assistance.
(No litigation)
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- Provide updates to customers
