Latam Benefits Analyst – Software Industry Mexico City Hybrid Chronos Consulting is part of the Coberon Chronos Group, an award-winning global leader in permanent and temporary staffing, RPO, and business process automation solutions for global multinationals.

The Company: Our client is a rapidly expanding international software company.
Due to expansion, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join the team in Mexico City (Reforma) to support operations within Mexico and Latam.
This is a 3-month contract to start with the possibility of an extension or contract to hire.
The Role: Reporting to the Benefits Manager, based in USA,
you will provide exceptional customer service to the employees in Mexico and LATAM, by supporting the implementation of new benefits plans, improving existing programs, and offering analytical support in delivering the benefit programs.
You will be responsible for: Exploring, analyzing, evaluating, and administering corporate benefit plans and programs.
Managing the benefits invoicing, payment, reconciliation process, and resolution of discrepancies and issues.
Supporting the administration of global benefit plans including plan enrollments, terminations, reporting, paperwork, and vendor management.
Consulting with employees on eligibility, plan provisions, claims, and other benefit-related information.
Partnering with internal and external stakeholders on renewals, benefit program implementations, and other areas related to global benefits administration.
Assisting in the development of the annual budget for the benefits area.
Monitoring benefit trends in the business environment, staying abreast of applicable benefits legislation.
Sending payslips (AR), payments for taxes, 3rd party payments,
and filtering/saving WD reports for all LATAM countries.
Setting up banking information for Mexico with AP and Treasury.
Collecting all data and setting up Bulk Upload for new hires uploads.
The Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, related fields, or equivalent experience.
At least 2 years of experience in benefit plan administration and multicultural fast-paced environments would be ideal.
Experience/exposure in the payroll process.
Prior processing with web-based enrollment and vendor/payroll integration with benefits systems is preferred.
Attention to detail and accuracy, with demonstrated project and program management skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills are required.
