We are currently looking for an
**Customer and Sales Support Jr Manager**
**Main Purpose**
As Sales Support Leader ensure that exceptional operational services are provided by their team to sales employees across multiple teams and markets.
These services include management of new and existing employee data and access requests, procurement and reconciliation of goods and services,
employee expense management, oversight of Internal Controls and IC self-assessments from sales to collection, management of external sales inquiries and sales call schedule updates within internal systems, company asset/equipment tracking, ensuring deliver of accurate and timely weekly and monthly financial reporting in accordance with SLAs.
**Accountabilities**:
- Ensure efficient, effective, and comprehensive support of the sales employees across multiple teams and markets
- Lead and manage the Sales Support associates within his/her charge by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and organization costs
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks
- Ensure delivery of accurate and timely data in accordance with agreed service level agreements (SLA).
- Ensure Sales organization stays connected with business by integrating front and back end services
- Monitor and report teams' performance to key stakeholders
- Recognize opportunities and take action to improve delivery of work
- Implement continued improvements and simplifications of processes,
standardization of reporting and optimal use of technology
**Qualifications/Requirements**:**
Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in commerce, business administration, economics, or related is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience of working in a commercial area leading a team is required
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with commercial KPIs for internal clients is required
- Strong technical knowledge and experience of both Management reporting and planning processes is required
- Advance English required
- Intermediate excel is required
- Experience working with any CRM is required
- Experience with working with FMCG sector is desirable
- Experience in leading process excellence and performance improvement is a plus
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI,
other data reporting tools is desirable
- Super organizational, communication, and analytical skills
