**What You'll Do**
As a
**Sales Specialist for the Hand Tools and Power Tools Accessories,** you'll be part of our
**Sales team** located in
**Mexico.
**You'll get to:
- Develop sales strategies and establish targets and goals according to internal Operation Plan
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met
- Stay current on company offering and industry trends
- Build last-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external customers to create a better customer experience
- Handling of complaints and negotiations
- Effective visits
- Account Penetration
- Product mix / Sub-categories Focus
- Sales of HTAS (HTS and PTA).
- KPIs defined by local team
**Requirements**:
- Experience in account management, consultative and field sales.
Preference in tool industry (Nice Plus).
- Multilevel account management
- TTM: Time and Territory Management.
- Management of reporting, Excel and Microsoft Office
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- High energy, enterprising, and "self starter" to support rapid growth of the HTAS business (HTS Hand Tools + PTA Power Tools Accessories)

- Advanced Excel & Power Point
