Reporting into the Director of Marketing for LATAM, the Senior Country Marketing Manager, Mexico will become an essential part of the Field Marketing team, as well as the sales organization.
As a Senior Country Marketing manager,



you will ensure a flawless customer journey while driving all key activities to execution within your country of coverage.
You will also partner with the District Sales Manager, as well as with our key partners to fuel awareness and demand to build the pipeline required to deliver success.

- Conceptualize, create, and execute demand generation activities that align with the regional strategy, the pipeline targets, quarterly budgets, and overall business goals
- Build end-to-end Marketing campaigns and deliver on a flawless customer journey in all activities
- Partner with the sales ecosystem in Mexico by building out tailored plans for each territory's needs




- Partner with sales leadership to develop a plan based on the overall demand-generation and brand awareness needs, strategy, focus, and approach to meet targets through cross-selling, refresh, and by acquiring net new logos
- Work with the Channel Business Manager in the strategy development execution to maximize our partner ecosystem - You will be key in driving partner education of our marketing programs, provide enablement and training on how to market our solutions, and deepen relationships to drive vendor preference
- Be able to "roll up your sleeves" and get things done - both at the strategy level as well as at the execution level
- Coordinate quarterly prompt execution of the Partner Marketing Development Funds (MDFs) through a quarterly plan with our partner ecosystem




- Negotiate and bring to life partner-driven demand generation activities to promote Palo Alto Networks' product suite through the expansion of new markets
- Develop an ABM strategy and journey for key accounts, tailored to each account's needs
- Provide verbal/written briefings to Inside Sales teams on campaigns and activities for successful follow-up
- Tropicalize corporate campaigns to execute them locally in Mexico
- Develop and execute a PR strategy along with our local agencies to ensure maximum brand exposure and awareness in Mexico
- Finance management of proprietary marketing budget
- Management and maximization of paid media campaigns
- Ensure each customer engagement is carried out to perfection

Qualifications**
Your Experience**
- 8+ years of experience in planning, development,



and execution of marketing demand-generation and brand awareness/development strategies in Mexico
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, communications, or similar
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Must have a marketing/demand generation background
- Experience in a Channel or Marketing role with a B2B hi-tech company is preferred
- Be a critical, creative thinker
- Development and execution of engaging customer-oriented activities with strong attention to detail
Knowledge and use of design software (Adobe preferred) in order to design imagery to be used in your communication with partners and customers
- Proven ability to work and communicate effectively with the sales and partner organizations
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a pr
