Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.The Opportunity:The role's main purpose is to execute US portfolio services for the payroll catalog leveraging the Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfillment.Your Impact:As an HR Ops Analyst, your functions would consist of:Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay.Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfillment of requirements.Capture information in payroll systems.Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing data sources to confirm matching values according to pay rules,
