**Location**: Remote (Based in Mexico)**Overview**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Design, implement, and execute automated test plans, test cases, and test scripts.- Collaborate with the development team to ensure software meets quality standards.- Create and maintain automated testing frameworks, tools, and scripts to streamline the testing process.- Utilize specialized software and programming languages to develop automated test suites.- Experience with one or more Test Management Tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, TestRail, or qTest.- Proficiency in Test Automation Tools including Selenium, Appium, and Cucumber.- Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement,
and propose solutions.- Analyze test results and communicate findings to the team effectively.- Work independently and efficiently manage time to meet project deadlines.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience as a QA Engineer or Analyst with a focus on automation.- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.- Experience designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.G., Java, Python) for test automation.- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams.- Advanced proficiency in Test Management and Automation Tools mentioned above.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
