Service Logistc Coordinator / **Air & Sea Cargo Specialist****Job Description**:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Air and Sea Logistics Coordinator for an American operation.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the transportation and logistics activities related to air and sea freight shipments into and out of the USA.
**Responsibilities**:- Coordinate and schedule air and sea shipments, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.- Liaise with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to arrange and monitor shipments.- Prepare shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms,
and other required paperwork.- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements related to air and sea freight.- Track and trace shipments to provide real-time updates to stakeholders.- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any logístical issues or delays.- Optimize transportation routes and modes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.- Maintain accurate records of shipments, expenses, and related documentation.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.
**Requirements**:- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).- Proven experience in coordinating air and sea logistics, preferably in a fast-paced environment.- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.- Proficiency in using logistics software and tools for tracking and managing shipments.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
