**Where you will make an impact**- Act as a thought leader for and key contributor to our Banner Human Resources implementations, able to lead and influence client teams at all levels.- Provide advice and guidance on industry best practices and recommended practices for implementing Banner Human Resources in the US and abroad, working with leadership and staff in colleges and universities to ensure the Banner Human Resources solution is implemented & configured to best align to industry best practices and business needs.- Provide change management advice as appropriate.
Perform and document business process review and analysis of client business requirements.- Gather and document business requirements, discuss adoption of Human Resources recommended practices,
and brief the implementation team on requirements.- Work collaboratively with clients to derive maximum value from the Banner Human Resources solution, in conjunction with the rest of the Ellucian SaaS Platform
