Our Client, a Community Management company (HOA) based in Texas, is looking for a Customer Service expert.- **Responsibilities**:_- Manage a diverse range of association-related calls, addressing inquiries, complaints, and problems with professionalism.- Verify caller identities to ensure proper resolution and routing.- Serve as a dedicated advocate for callers, ensuring satisfactory resolution of their concerns.- Document all interactions and contact information accurately, ensuring thorough notes and contact details for follow-up as needed.- Image post any written communications, received or sent,
