**:Working in the Process Automation business area in Mexico, you will be Leading the execution of small Instrumentation and Analytics projects, ensuring that they are executed in line with procedures, specifications,
standards requirements, and targets.
In this role you will drive the formal acceptance of the project by the customer, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.
**This position reports to**:Operations Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Assisting the Project Controls department to define all project documents, including scope and financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.- Monitoring and controlling project progress, resources, and financials.- Identifying, and managing risks, while ensuring that all opportunities are identified and pursued.- Coordinating with the Procurement and Logistics team to procure required services, materials, and equipment.- Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, acting as a contact point for customer enquiries and an escalation point for project issues.
**Your background**:- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related.- 3+ years of experience in project management with methodology based on PMI.- Knowledge in Instrumentation and Analytics.- Experience in instrumentation projects and/or analytical systems projects is a plus.- Experience with MS Office and MS Project.
And with SAP and AutoCAD is a plus.- Knowledge in SOX control is a plus.- Availability to long term travel.- Intermediate level of English.
