**Responsibilities**:**The oportunity****Your Impact**As The Associate Manager, Data Operations your scope will consist of:- Manage and supervise a team of production support engineers, providing coaching, guidance,
and technical expertise to ensure that all team members are performing at the highest level.- Establish and enforce production support processes and procedures, including incident management, problem management, change management, and release management.- Monitor system performance and capacity, and identify areas for improvement and optimization, with a focus on Azure data analytics solutions.- Manage and coordinate production support activities with external vendors and service providers, as necessary.- Develop and maintain production support metrics and reports, and communicate these to management and other stakeholders as needed.Qualifications:**Who are we looking for?
****Education**:- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
**Experience**:- 10 years overall IT experience- At least 8-10 years of experience in data analytics,
with at least 3 years of experience in Azure cloudenvironment- At least 5 years of experience in production support, with a proven track record of success in managing production support teams and delivering results.
**Tech skills**:Analytics solutions.- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results
